Celebrating 40 years of unsurpassed growth and success, Van Bree Enterprises and the Van Bree Family have been at the forefront of shaping the face of communities and farms throughout Southwestern Ontario.

Growing from a 2 bulldozer operation in the late 1960's, Van Bree Enterprises has not only developed into Lambton County's leading supplier of sand & gravel products, but also the area's leading farm and municipal drainage providers.

Today, Van Bree Enterprises continues to be a family run business, always ensuring that family, employees, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction remain their top priority.

Van Bree Enterprises is made up of Van Bree Drainage & Bulldozing Ltd., Pro Drainage, Inland Aggregates, Lobo Sand & Gravel, and V.B. Sand & Gravel Ltd. All companies together employ about 55 workers.

Amongst some of the jobs completed by Van Bree Drainage & Bulldozing Ltd. are the Armour Stone Rock Job at the Blue Water Bridge in Sarnia, the Town of Arkona Sanitary Sewer System, and the site works for Century Truss in Corunna.

In 1986 Van Bree Drainage grew to include sewer and watermain installations, on top of their existing municipal drainage work. At the same time, V.B. Sand & Gravel Ltd. was established, which supplies many contractors along with local cottagers and homeowners with their gravel, stone and sand requirements.

Inland Aggregates, located in East Arkona, was added in 1991 and supplies Lambton County with stone for various applications, masonary stone, filter sand, mortar sand and concrete sand, gravel and topsoil. Inland supplies many local golf courses with greens mix and sand trap sand.

In 1995, Lobo Sand & Gravel, located in Middlesex Centre was set in motion. This gravel pit along with the Inland Pit in Arkona, has a washing plant and dry screening plant that manufacture many of the same products that Inland manufactures.

One of the latest Van Bree Enterprises divisions is Pro Drainage. Primarily focuses on farm tile drainage, Pro Drainage also specializes in sports field drainage systems, including football, soccer, golf courses and rural septic systems. They also provide irrigation systems and installation of municipal watermains and sewers along with locating old drainage tiling. Pro Drainage uses GPS satellite technology to generate accurate information from the field.

Spearheading a new venture and running under V.B. Sand & Gravel Ltd. Division, a new recycling station has been established at Nauvoo Road. Products like asphalt, concrete, wood and trees and brush are brought in to be recycled. Some of the products available from these recyclable materials are wood chips for gardens and recycled asphalt and concrete for laneways.

In October of 2001, Van Bree Enterprises was certified to ISO 9001:2000. The ISO 9001 standard is a measure of product quality and company management principles that apply to the entire operation. Van Bree Enterprises wants their clients to know that they are a professional operation that ensures that quality remains the number one goal.
